Example Definitions of "Loan Documents"
Loan Documents. All agreements and undertakings made by Debtor or the Bank in connection with the Indebtedness, including the Letter Agreement, Promissory Note , the Agreement, any guarantee and all other documents and instruments now or hereafter furnished to Bank to evidence or secure payment of the Indebtedness or performance of the Obligations, and all amendments thereto and modifications thereof.
Loan Documents. Are collectively this Loan Agreement as well as each and every other document, instrument and agreement now or hereafter executed or delivered in connection with the indebtedness evidenced by the Note, including, without limitation, any mortgage, security agreement, loan agreement, guaranty, indemnity, certification, assignment of leases and rents or pledge agreement, as each may be amended, extended or renewed.
Loan Documents. (i) this Agreement, including the Exhibits and Schedules attached hereto, and the Line of Credit Notes, (ii) any agreement or agreements between the Borrower and the Bank which give rise to any Hedging Obligations and (iii) all other agreements, documents and instruments relating to, arising out of, or in any way connected with any of the foregoing referred to in clauses (i) and (ii) above.
Loan Documents. Collectively, the Mortgage Loan Documents and the Mezzanine Loan Documents.
Loan Documents. Means this Agreement, the Collateral Agent Agreement, the Notes, the UCC-1 Financing Statement, FAA Security Agreement, the Requests for Advance and any other agreements, instruments and documents required to be, or which are, executed by Borrower in connection with this Agreement or the Loans (as the same may from time to time be amended, modified or supplemented).
Loan Documents. Means this Agreement, the Note, the Pledge Agreement, and the other documents executed in connection herewith, and any letter of credit and reimbursement agreement, and all security agreements, mortgages, assignments, instruments, and guaranties heretofore or hereafter executed and delivered to the Bank under or in connection with the Obligations, or any future additional documents executed hereunder or thereunder, as such agreements may be amended or supplemented.
Loan Documents. Shall mean this Agreement, the Notes, the Fee Letter, all Letters of Credit, all Letter of Credit Agreements, the Security Instruments, the Guaranty, and any other document expressly indicating therein that such document is a "Loan Document" under this Agreement.
Loan Documents. Loan Documents.
