Loan Documents

Loan Documents. (i) the Deed of Trust, and (ii) all other documents and instruments which by their terms secure Maker's obligations under this Note.

Loan Documents. Collectively, the Agreement, the Promissory Note, and a Warrant together with all amendments, modifications, renewals or extensions thereof.

Loan Documents. Means this Agreement, the First Amendment, each Revolving Note, each Issuer Document, any agreement creating or perfecting rights in Cash Collateral pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.16 of this Agreement, each Guaranty Agreement, and each Fee Letter. Page 2
