Example Definitions of "Loan Documents"
Loan Documents. The Note, License Agreement and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.
Loan Documents. Shall mean this Note, the Secured Promissory Note of 2015, the Security Agreement and all documents executed in connection with any of those documents.
