Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Recital J
Option. Means an option, granted to an Eligible Person in accordance with the terms of this Plan, to acquire a Common Share from the Corporation upon the exercise of the option and payment of the Exercise Price;
Option. Shall mean a right to purchase Common Stock (including the associated right to purchase Series C Junior Participating Preferred Stock of the Corporation, par value $.01, per share) that is granted under Section 6(a) of the Plan.
Option. An Incentive Stock Option or a Non-Qualified Stock Option, and shall include Reload Options.
Option. Shall mean a Non-Statutory Stock Option granted pursuant to an Agreement.
