Option. Recital J

Option. Means an option, granted to an Eligible Person in accordance with the terms of this Plan, to acquire a Common Share from the Corporation upon the exercise of the option and payment of the Exercise Price;

Option. Shall mean a right to purchase Common Stock (including the associated right to purchase Series C Junior Participating Preferred Stock of the Corporation, par value $.01, per share) that is granted under Section 6(a) of the Plan.

Option. An Incentive Stock Option or a Non-Qualified Stock Option, and shall include Reload Options.

Option. Shall mean a Non-Statutory Stock Option granted pursuant to an Agreement.

Option. Means an option to purchase Shares under this Plan. An Option ------ shall be designated by the Committee as an NQSO or an ISO.

Option. Either an incentive option or a nonqualified option.

Option. Exercisable, in whole or in part, and if in part on multiple occasions, at any time within 90 days after the issuance of such Equity Security, to acquire an amount of such Equity Security as is being issued to the relevant third party on the same terms and conditions as such Equity Security is being issued to such third party; provided that the Parent shall not be required to issue Options to the Lender to acquire more than $5,000,000 of Equity Securities in the aggregate.

Option. Shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 2.

Option. Shall mean an option to purchase Shares granted pursuant to Article 10.
