Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Means the right to purchase the number of Shares specified by the Board, or the Committee if one has been appointed, at a price and for a term fixed by the Board, or the Committee if one has been appointed, in accordance with the Plan, and subject to such other limitations and restrictions as the Plan and the Board or the Committee, as the case may be, may impose.
Option. A right to purchase shares of Common Stock granted to a Participant in connection with an Offering Period pursuant to Section 7 of the Plan
Option. The contractual right to purchase Shares upon the specific terms set forth in this Plan.
Option. An option to purchase Shares pursuant to the Plan
Option. An option to purchase Shares granted pursuant to the provisions hereof.
