Option

Option. Shall mean an option to purchase Shares.

Option. A Non-Qualified Stock Option granted pursuant to the Plan. All Options granted under this Plan shall be Non-Qualified Stock Options

Option. Shall mean any option granted pursuant to the Plan which does not qualify as an incentive stock option under Section 422A of the Code.

Option. Means the right, granted under the Plan, to purchase Stock of the Company at the Exercise Price for a specified period of time. For purposes of the Plan, an Option may be either an Incentive Stock Option or a Nonstatutory Option.
