Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. A right granted pursuant to this Plan entitling the Optionee to acquire shares of Stock issued by the Company
Option. A stock option granted pursuant to the Plan. All options shall be nonstatutory stock options
Option. Or Stock Option shall mean an Incentive Stock Option or Non-Qualified Stock Option, as applicable, granted pursuant to this Plan providing the holder of such Option with the right to purchase Common Stock.
Option. The right and option of the Optionee to purchase Shares pursuant to the terms of this Agreement
