Option

Option. Collectively, the Tier I Time Option, Tier II Time Option and Tier III Time Option.

Option. Shall mean any stock option granted under this Plan.

Option. Means an Incentive Stock Option, a Nonqualified Stock Option, or either or both of them, as the context requires.

Option. Means any options issued pursuant to the Company's 1993 Omnibus Stock Plan, or any other stock option plan adopted by the Company, any option granted with respect to Partnership Units, or any option granted under the plan of any successor company that replaces or assumes the Company's or the Partnership's options.

Option. An option to purchase Shares or ADSs granted pursuant to the Plan.

Option. Means a stock option granted pursuant to the Plan. 1

Option. Means any option to purchase shares of Stock that is granted pursuant to the Plan.

Option. Shall mean the stock option granted to the Executive pursuant to Section 3(d) of the Original Agreement.

Option. Means the right to purchase a stated number of shares of Stock at a stated price for a stated period of time, granted pursuant to Section 7.

Option. Means a right to purchase a specified number of shares of Common Stock at a specified Grant Price, which may be an Incentive Stock Option or a Nonqualified Stock Option.
