Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Means a right to purchase Shares (or, if the Committee so provides in an applicable Award Agreement, Restricted Shares), including both Non-Qualified Share Options and Incentive Share Options.
Option. The Non-Qualified Replacement Stock Option granted pursuant to this Agreement.
Option. Shall mean an Unapproved Option or an EMI Option granted under the Sub- Plan and entitling the holder to purchase Shares.
Option. An option to purchase shares of Stock granted under the Plan, including both an Incentive Stock Option and a Non-Qualified Stock Option, evidenced by a written Stock Option Agreement.
