Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Means a stock option granted pursuant to the Plan which is intended to qualify for preferred treatment under applicable French tax laws.
Option. A right granted under the Plan to a Participant to purchase a stated number of shares of Common Stock as an Incentive Stock Option or Non-qualified Stock Option.
Option. Means an option to purchase Shares granted under this Plan. The Committee shall designate any Option granted to any Eligible Person as a NQSO or an ISO.
Option. Means an award of options to purchase Incentive Units.
Option. Means an option to purchase Shares in accordance with an Award Agreement granted under the Plan.
Option. Means an Award granted pursuant to Section 6 hereof (excepting Stock Appreciation Rights) to purchase a specified number of Shares at a specified price per Share during a specified time period, each as specified in an Award Agreement.
