Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Means the right granted by Mojave to Rocky Mountain to acquire up to a 100% undivided right, title and interest in and to the Property as provided in Section 4 hereof;
Option. The option granted by the Partnership to the underwriters named in Exhibit A to the Underwriting Agreement, pursuant to the terms of the Underwriting Agreement, to purchase all or any part of 1,200,000 additional Common Units
Option. The right granted by Barrick Bullfrog to Rocky Mountain pursuant to Section 6.1 to acquire up to a 100.00% undivided right, title, and interest in and to the Properties.
