Performance Unit

Performance Unit. An Award as defined in Section 10 and granted under the Plan, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain performance goals established by the Committee.

Performance Unit. Means an Award granted to a Service Provider pursuant to Section 10 of the Plan.

Performance Unit. An Award granted to a Service Provider pursuant to Section 10 of the Plan giving rights to receive at a specified future date payment in cash or Common Stock, as determined by the Administrator, with respect to a specified unit based on the Company's performance during a specified period

Performance Unit. A cash incentive award the unit value of which is determined with reference to the value of the Common Stock pursuant to the terms of Section 4.

Performance Unit. Any Performance Award denominated in units having a value as determined by the Committee, which is earned during the Performance Period

Performance Unit. (bb) "Performance Unit" means a bookkeeping entry awarded pursuant to Section 8 of this Plan that records a unit equivalent to $1.00 or such other value as is determined by the Administrator.

Performance Unit. Means a bookkeeping entry that records the equivalent of one Unit awarded pursuant to Section 9.

Performance Unit. A right granted to a Participant under Section 7.5 to receive cash, Stock or other Awards, the payment of which is contingent on achieving Performance Goals established by the Committee.

Performance Unit. Means a right to receive a payment in the form of a Share or in the form of cash equal to the Fair Market Value of a Share following the successful attainment of the Performance Criteria to the satisfaction of the Committee.

Performance Unit. Means a restricted stock unit that is subject to performance-based, rather than time-based, vesting.
