Performance Unit

Example Definitions of "Performance Unit"
Performance Unit. An Award as defined in Section 10 and granted under the Plan, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain performance goals established by the Committee.
Performance Unit. Means an Award granted to a Service Provider pursuant to Section 10 of the Plan.
Performance Unit. An Award granted to a Service Provider pursuant to Section 10 of the Plan giving rights to receive at a specified future date payment in cash or Common Stock, as determined by the Administrator, with respect to a specified unit based on the Company's performance during a specified period
Performance Unit. A cash incentive award the unit value of which is determined with reference to the value of the Common Stock pursuant to the terms of Section 4.
