Performance Unit. A right, contingent upon the attainment of specified performance measures within a specified performance period, and / or the satisfaction of other terms and conditions determined by the Committee when the award is granted and set forth in the award agreement, to receive one Common Share, which may be restricted share, or in lieu thereof, the fair market value of such performance share or performance unit in cash.
Performance Unit. Means a bookkeeping unit representing the right to receive cash upon the Company's attainment of one or more Performance Goals, subject to such applicable terms, conditions and limitations of the Plan and Award Agreement under which such unit is awarded. -4-
Performance Unit. Means the right to receive a cash or stock payment from the Corporation in the future upon the attainment of specified Stock Price Targets and/or completion of a specified Vesting Period, as provided in the Plan.
Performance Unit. Means a right whose value is determined with reference to attaining Performance Goals for a Performance Period or such other measure as may be approved by the Committee, from time to time, and which is paid in cash, shares of Common Stock or a combination thereof, as determined by the Committee in its discretion, subject to the terms and conditions provided for in Section 11 hereof.
Performance Unit. Means the right to receive, upon satisfying designated performance goals within a Performance Period, Performance Shares, cash, or a combination of cash and Performance Shares, based upon the market value of shares of Common Stock covered by such Performance Shares at the close of the Performance Period.
Performance Unit. Means a performance unit granted under the PERFORMANCE UNIT PLAN.
