Performance Unit

Performance Unit. An Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of Performance Goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine and which, in the Administrator's sole discretion, may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of the foregoing pursuant to Section 10, in the Administrator's sole discretion

Performance Unit. A Share Unit payable upon satisfaction of specified Performance Criteria or other conditions or circumstances, as contemplated in Section 10.3

Performance Unit. A bookkeeping entry that records a unit equivalent to the Market Value per Share of one Common Share on the Date of Grant and is awarded pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan

Performance Unit. A bookkeeping entry that records a unit equal to $1.00 granted pursuant to this Award and that is payable solely in cash.

Performance Unit. Shall mean a unit granted under this Award Agreement evidencing the Participant's right to receive a cash payment upon achievement, as set forth herein, of the Target Performance Objective or, alternatively, the Superior Performance Objective.

Performance Unit. Means the right to receive, upon satisfying designated performance goals within a Performance Period, shares of Common Stock, cash, or a combination of cash and shares of Common Stock.

Performance Unit. The right of a Participant to receive a payment in cash or shares of Common Stock based upon the performance of the Company during a Performance Period as measured by the Performance Criteria approved by the Committee.

Performance Unit. A Unit referred to and treated as a Performance Unit for purposes of awards granted under the MIP

Performance Unit. The right to receive the Fair Market Value of one Share upon the achievement of specified levels of one or more Performance Measures in accordance with an Award granted under Section 11.

Performance Unit. A bonus opportunity awarded under Section 10 pursuant to which a Participant may become entitled to receive an amount based on satisfaction of such performance criteria as are specified in the Award Agreement
