Example Definitions of "Performance Unit"
Performance Unit. An Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of Performance Goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine and which, in the Administrator's sole discretion, may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of the foregoing pursuant to Section 10, in the Administrator's sole discretion
Performance Unit. A Share Unit payable upon satisfaction of specified Performance Criteria or other conditions or circumstances, as contemplated in Section 10.3
Performance Unit. A bookkeeping entry that records a unit equivalent to the Market Value per Share of one Common Share on the Date of Grant and is awarded pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan
Performance Unit. A bookkeeping entry that records a unit equal to $1.00 granted pursuant to this Award and that is payable solely in cash.
