Performance Unit

Example Definitions of "Performance Unit"
Performance Unit. Shall mean a unit of a value, the initial value of which at the time of a Target Performance Unit Award shall be $1.00, and the ending value of which shall be determined by application of the Valuation Formula.
Performance Unit. Means an Award granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 11 which is paid out based on the achievement of stated Performance Goals during a stated period of time.
Performance Unit. Means the grant of a Stock Award consisting of a contractual right to receive a Share based in whole or in part, upon the attainment of one or more Performance Criteria or other performance conditions. 3
Performance Unit. An interest in the rights awarded and available for award under the Plan, as provided in Section 5 hereof.
Performance Unit. Means a right, granted to a Participant under Section 12 of the Plan, that may be paid entirely in cash, entirely in Shares, or such combination of cash and Shares as the Committee in its sole discretion shall determine.
Performance Unit. Means a bookkeeping entry that records a right to payment, the value of which is contingent upon performance as measured against pre-determined Management Objectives established pursuant to Section 8 of this Plan.
Performance Unit. Means a phantom unit representing a share of Stock.
Performance Unit. Shall mean a Participant's interest in the Plan, which shall be determined pursuant to Paragraph 6 of this Plan.
Performance Unit. Means an Award that may be earned in whole or in part upon attaining performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine and that may be settled for cash, Shares, other securities, or a combination of the foregoing under Section 10.
Performance Unit. Shall mean a right to receive cash or one share of Common Stock (or a combination of cash and Common Stock) granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 7 hereof, which is conditioned upon the satisfaction of pre-established performance goals.
