Performance Unit
Performance Unit. A bookkeeping entry that records the equivalent of one Unit pursuant to Section 8 of this Plan.
Performance Unit. A bookkeeping entry awarded pursuant to Section 8 of this Plan that records a unit equivalent to a value (expressed in dollars, Euros or other applicable currency) as is determined by the Board.
Performance Unit. A contractual right granted to an Eligible Person under Section 11 hereof representing a notional dollar interest as determined by the Committee to be paid and distributed at such times, and subject to such conditions, as are set forth in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement
