Performance Unit

Example Definitions of "Performance Unit"
Performance Unit. A unit awarded pursuant to Section 8 of the Plan that is equivalent to $1.00 or such other value as is determined by the Board.
Performance Unit. A bookkeeping entry award granted pursuant to Section 8 of this Plan that records a unit equivalent to $1.00 or such other value as is determined by the Committee, and may be payable in cash, Common Stock or a combination thereof
Performance Unit. An Award granted pursuant to Section 10 or Section 12 of the Plan, consisting of a unit valued by reference to a designated amount of property other than Shares, which value may be paid to the Participant by delivery of such property as the Committee shall determine, including, without limitation, cash, Shares, other property, or any combination thereof, upon the attainment of performance goals, as established by the Committee, and other terms and conditions specified by the Committee.
Performance Unit. An award, denominated in units, granted pursuant to Section 5.1, where each unit is equal in value to one Share.
Performance Unit. A right, granted to a Participant under Section 8 hereof, to receive Awards based upon performance criteria specified by the Committee.
Performance Unit. A hypothetical unit that represents the value of one share of UGI common stock
