Performance Unit

Performance Unit. Means a bookkeeping entry that records a unit equivalent to $1.00 awarded pursuant to Section 8 of this Plan.

Performance Unit. A right granted to an Eligible Recipient pursuant to Section 9 of the Plan to receive a payment from the Company, in the form of stock, cash or a combination of both, upon the achievement of established performance goals.

Performance Unit. Shall mean any grant pursuant to Section 9 of a unit valued by reference to a designated amount of cash or property other than Shares, which value may be paid to the Participant upon achievement of such performance goals during the Performance Period as the Committee shall establish.

Performance Unit. Means a unit of measurement equivalent to such amount or measure as defined by the Committee which may include, but is not limited to, dollars, market value shares, or book value shares.

Performance Unit. Means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of the foregoing pursuant to Section 10.

Performance Unit. Means the right to receive a payment valued in relation to a unit that has a designated dollar value or the value of which is equal to the Fair Market Value of one or more Shares, to the extent Performance Goals are achieved.

Performance Unit. Means any grant pursuant to Section 6(h) of a unit valued by reference to a designated amount of property (including cash) other than Shares, which value may be paid to the Participant by delivery of such property as the Committee shall determine, including cash, Shares, other property, or any combination thereof, upon achievement of such performance goals during the Performance Period as the Committee shall establish at the time of such grant or thereafter.

Performance Unit. Means a bookkeeping entry awarded pursuant to Section 8 of this Plan that records a unit equivalent to $1.00 or such other value as is determined by the Committee.

Performance Unit. Pursuant to Section 10 of the Plan, an unfunded and unsecured promise to deliver Shares, cash or other securities equal to the value set forth in the Award Agreement.

Performance Unit. A unit evidencing the right to receive in specified circumstances one share of Common Stock or equivalent value in cash, the value of which at the time it is settled is determined as a function of the extent to which established performance criteria have been satisfied
