Permitted Transferee

Permitted Transferee. A Family Member who receives an Option from an Optionee as a gift not for value or a person or entity to whom an Option is transferred by an Optionee in a Permitted Transfer for Value."

Permitted Transferee. With respect to any Person, such Person's spouse and/or descendants (whether natural or adopted) and any trust, corporation, limited liability company or family partnership for the benefit of or owned by such Person and/or such Person's spouse and/or such Person's descendants, provided that such Permitted Transferee shall have agreed in writing to be bound by this Agreement and such transfer complies with the requirements of the Securities Act.

Permitted Transferee. Any Family Member of a Participant or a trust maintained exclusively for the benefit of , or a partnership all of the interests in which are held by, one or more of the Participant and his or her Family Members.

Permitted Transferee. Means (a) Berkshire Hathaway Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Berkshire"), and/or Leucadia National Corporation, a New York corporation ("Leucadia"), or (b) any wholly-owned subsidiary of Berkshire or Leucadia.

Permitted Transferee. Means a person to whom Common Stock, or options to purchase Common Stock, are transferred from the Executive (i) by will or the laws of descent and distribution or (ii) by gift without consideration of any kind; provided that, in the case of clause (ii) such transferee is the issue or spouse of the Executive or a trust that is for the exclusive benefit of the Executive or his Permitted Transferees.

Permitted Transferee. Means, with respect to a Person, (i) any general partner or managing member of such Person, or (ii) any partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, corporation or other entity organized, formed or incorporated and managed or controlled by such Person, its general partner or managing member as a vehicle for purposes of making investments.

Permitted Transferee. Shall mean, with respect to a Holder, any "family member" of the Holder, as defined under the instructions to use of the Form S-8 Registration Statement under the Securities Act, after taking into account any state, federal, local or foreign tax and securities laws applicable to transferable Awards.

Permitted Transferee. Any person to whom Registrable Securities are transferred to the extent that such transfer complies with all of the provisions of Section 10(i);

Permitted Transferee. Permitted Transferee. Shall mean the assignee of a Shareholder's Interest who acquires such Interest in a Permitted Transfer (defined in Section 5(c) below).
