Example Definitions of "Plan Administrator"
Plan Administrator. Means the Committee or any person or persons to whom the Committee delegates its authority or any portion thereof.
Plan Administrator. Shall mean the committee of two or more Board members appointed by the Board to administer the Plan or such other committee as may be appointed by the Board to administer the Plan.
Plan Administrator. Means the Board or any committee of the Board duly authorized to administer the Plan. The Plan Administrator may, but is not required to be, the Compensation Committee of the Board. The Board may at any time administer the Plan, in whole or in part, notwithstanding that the Board has previously appointed a committee to act as the Plan Administrator.
Plan Administrator. Means the Compensation Committee of the Board or any successor committee of the Board designated to administer the Plan under Section 3.1.
Plan Administrator. Has the meaning set forth in subsection 3(6) of the Plan.
Plan Administrator. The Compensation Committee of the Board Directors of the Company

The particular entity, whether the Compensation Committee, the Board or other committees or delegate thereof (in the event the Board or Compensation Committee has delegated its authority pursuant to Section 3), which is authorized to administer the Plan with respect to one or more classes of eligible persons, to the extent such entity is carrying out its administrative functions under the Plan with respect to the persons then subject to its jurisdiction
Plan Administrator. Means the Board.
Plan Administrator. Until such time as the President and CEO or the Committee determines otherwise, the Company's Vice President, Human Resources Management & Operations.
