Plan Administrator. Plan Administrator. The Board or any Committee delegated by the Board to administer the Plan

Plan Administrator. Means American Stock Transfer, or such other institution selected by the Committee.

Plan Administrator. Either the Board or a committee of the Board acting in its capacity as administrator of the Plan

Plan Administrator. The Plan Administrator of the Metropolitan Life Retirement Plan for United States Employees, including any person to whom such office has been delegated consistent with the Metropolitan Life Retirement Plan for United States Employees.

Plan Administrator. Has the meaning specified in Schedule I hereto.
