Plan Administrator

Plan Administrator. Shall mean, (i) for purposes of administration of this Plan prior to the Effective Date, the Compensation Committee of the Board, and (ii) for purposes of administration of this Plan after the Effective Date, the Vice President, Corporate Human Resources of the Company or other designee of the Company.

Plan Administrator. Means the Company or such person or persons as may be designated from time to time in writing by the Company.

Plan Administrator. Means the Board or any Committee delegated by the Board to administer the Plan. There may be different Plan Administrators with respect to different groups of Eligible Persons.
