Plan Administrator

Plan Administrator. Means the Board or any committee of the Board duly authorized to administer the Plan, including the Compensation Committee of the Board, or any member of senior management of the Company designated by the Board (including, for example, the head of Human Resources). Plan Administrator. The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company ('Committee') or its delegate or delegates, which shall have the authority to administer the Plan. Plan Administrator. The person, persons, and/or third-party administrator designated by the Company to administer the day to day operations of the Plan and the Company's other equity incentive programs
