Example Definitions of "Plan Administrator"
Plan Administrator. For purposes of Section 3(16)(A) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended, the Human Resources Committee of the Company's Board of Directors has designated that the Plan Administrator shall be the Company's Executive Vice President Human Resources.
Plan Administrator. Means the Compensation Committee of A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. or any existing or newly created committee appointed or designated by the Board of Directors of A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. or by the Board of Directors of the Holding Company, which may have limited, joint or exclusive authority with respect to this Plan.
Plan Administrator. Means the Company acting through its Secretary or other authorized officers.
Plan Administrator. The CEO, or the Committee may designate to administer the Plan with regard to Employees who are not officers of the Company.
Plan Administrator. The Company's Compensation Committee with respect to all decisions under the Plan concerning, affecting or related to the compensation of executive officers and the CEO with respect to all other aspects of the Plan.
Plan Administrator. Means the Employee Benefits Committee of First Data Corporation.
