Premises. That portion of the Building containing approximately ix hundred seventy four (674) square feet of Rentable Area, as depicted on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, located on the third (3rd)) floor of the Building and commonly known or referred to as Suite 302.
