Premises

Premises. Means that certain portion of the Building consisting of approximately 32,742 Usable Square Feet as shown on the drawing attached to this Lease as Exhibit B. At Tenant's option, the final area of the Premises may be adjusted upward up to 20% provided such adjustment is completed within thirty (30) days of the signing of this Lease. Premises. Shall mean those certain parcels of land, and all appurtenances thereon and improvements thereto, located at the locations described in paragraph A of Exhibit A.
