Premises

Premises. Shall be approximately five thousand three hundred thirty four (5,334) rentable square feet on the first level of the Building as set forth on Exhibit A such measurement to be subject to final determination by Landlord.

Premises. The entire sixth (6th) floor of Building 300 (as shown on Exhibit A-1 hereto), the entire seventh (7th) floor of Building 300 (as shown on Exhibit A-2 hereto), and five thousand eighty-seven (5,087) rentable square feet on the fifth (5th) floor of Building 300 (as shown on Exhibit A-3 hereto), comprising one hundred one thousand six hundred nineteen (101,619) rentable square feet.

Premises. Shall mean the suite of offices located within the Building known as Suites #101, #201 and #203 containing approximately 9,551 square feet. A copy of the approximate floor plan of the Premises is attached hereto as Exhibit "B".

Premises. For that portion of the Lease Term prior to the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, "Premises" means and refers to the Initial Premises consisting of an aggregate of approximately one hundred thirteen thousand seven hundred forty-nine **Portions of the Exhibit have been omitted and have been filed separately pursuant to an application for confidential treatment filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Rule 24b-2 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.... 2 (113,749) rentable square feet, of which approximately thirty-eight thousand nine hundred thirty-three (38,933) rentable square feet are located on the first floor of the Building, approximately forty-two thousand five hundred ninety (42,590) rentable square feet are located on the second floor of the Building, and approximately thirty-two thousand two hundred twenty-six (32,226) rentable square feet are located on the third floor of the Building. For that portion of the Lease Term from and after the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, "Premises" means and refers to the Initial Premises and the Expansion Premises consisting of the entire Building and containing approximately one hundred eighty-seven thousand six hundred fifty-three (187,653) rentable square feet. Premises. Means, any and all real property, including all buildings and improvements now or hereafter located thereon and all appurtenances thereto, now or hereafter owned, leased, occupied or used by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any Pledged Entity and the real estate and appurtenances thereon acquired, financed or refinanced with proceeds of the Bonds located in the City of Selma, Texas for the purposes of the Project.

Premises. Means, collectively, the Land and the Improvements (as such terms are defined in the Mortgage).

Premises. Shall mean all the land consisting of approximately two acres and improvements located at 1902 Black Canyon Freeway Phoenix, Arizona, and depicted on the Site Plan, attached as Exhibit A, including any parking, driveways, sidewalks, alleyways or other appurtenances thereto. Said Premises shall include the roof, exterior walls and structural members thereof, together with utility lines, ducting, pipes, and the like to serve adjoining Premises other than those specifically herein demised.

Premises. Shall mean all the land consisting of approximately one-quarter ( 1/2) an acre and improvements located at 227 E. Market St., Louisville, Kentucky, including any parking, driveways, sidewalks, alleyways or other appurtenances thereto. Said Premises shall include the roof, exterior walls and structural members thereof, together with utility lines, ducting, pipes, and the like to serve adjoining Premises other than those specifically herein demised.

Premises. Means Suite 120 located on the first floor of the Building and Suite 260 located on the second floor of the Building, being outlined on the floor plan(s) attached to this Lease as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by reference. Suite 120 contains 3,538 square feet of Rentable Area and Suite 260 contains 10,686 square feet of Rentable Area.

Premises. Shall mean, collectively, the Land, the Building, and any other Building or improvements now or hereafter constructed on the Land.
