Qualifying Termination
Qualifying Termination. Your status as an Employee, Director or Consultant, as applicable, is terminated: (a) due to your death; (b) due to your Disability; (c) due to your Retirement; (d) by the Partnership, Company or their Affiliates, as applicable, within two years following a Change in Control, for any reason other than for Cause; or (e) by you for Good Reason.
Qualifying Termination. Your employment with the Partnership and its Affiliates is terminated: (a) due to your death; (b) due to your Disability; or (c) by you for Good Reason.
