Qualifying Termination
Qualifying Termination. After the Effective Date, the Company terminates your employment without Cause or you resign from your employment for Good Reason. For the avoidance of doubt, a termination due to your death or disability is not a Qualifying Termination.
Qualifying Termination. A termination of Executive's employment (i) by the Company without Cause (and not due to Executive's death or Disability) or (ii) by Executive for Good Reason.
