Example Definitions of "Qualifying Termination"
Qualifying Termination. You will experience a "Qualifying Termination" if, during the Retention Period, (1) the Company terminates your employment involuntarily without Cause, (2) you terminate your employment with Good Reason, or (3) your employment terminates on account of your death or Disability.
Qualifying Termination. Shall mean a Participant's termination of Employment (i) by the Company without Cause or (ii) by the Participant for Good Reason, in either case during the two (2)-year period following a Change in Control.
