Release

Release. Means a comprehensive release, covenant not to sue, and non-disparagement agreement from the Executive in favor of the Company, its executives, officers, directors, Affiliates, and all related parties, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Exhibit A may be reasonably modified by the Company to conform to applicable law and to effect a general release under such law as in effect at the time the Release is executed.

Release. A release by the Executive in favor of the Company, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Release. Means each issuance of the Software, excluding third party software, identified by the numeral to the left of the decimal point (e.g., 3.0).
