Release

Release. A general mutual release of the Company and the Executive containing a mutual non-disparagement clause in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Release must be signed by the Executive and become irrevocable and effective in accordance with its terms not later than sixty (60) days following the Date of Termination, unless a longer period for execution and effectiveness is expressly required by applicable law
