Release

Release. The waiver and release of claims required of the Participant prior to receipt of certain payments under this Plan as described in Section 7 hereof

Release. Means a general release and waiver which is reasonably acceptable to the Employer.

Release. Any spilling, leaking, emitting, discharging, depositing, escaping, leaching, dumping, or other releasing into the Environment, whether intentional or unintentional.

Release. A written release, in the form as attached hereto, executed by the Executive who has been granted Extended Compensation Payments, releasing and discharging the Company, its trustees, officers, directors, employees, advisers, consultants, shareholders, agents and other representatives (including, but not limited to, the members of the Committee) from and against all claims, liabilities and obligations in respect of or arising out of the Executive's employment, and/or any termination of or... resignation therefrom, including but not limited to, claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended. Release. Means a general release and waiver of all employment related claims of the Eligible Employee in the form prepared by the Company.

Release. Shall mean and include any spilling, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, escaping, leaching, dumping, migrating within the environment or disposing into the environment or the workplace of any Hazardous Substance, and otherwise as defined in any Environmental Law.

Release. Means any spill, leak, discharge, disposal, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, injecting, abandoning, leaching, dumping or allowing to escape of any Hazardous Substance.
