Release

Release. Shall mean a separation agreement and general release of any and all claims against the Company and its Affiliates with respect to all matters arising out of the Executive's employment by the Company, and the termination thereof (other than claims for any entitlements under the terms of this Agreement or under any plans or programs of the Company under which the Executive has accrued and is due a benefit). Release. Shall mean the written quality assurance authorization to deliver Labeled Drug, which is initially approved by Nordion and finally approved by Corixa, pursuant to Section 5.2 and applicable protocols.

Release. Shall mean that Mutual General Release and Waiver, dated as of June 30, 2010 by and among NightHawk Radiology Holdings, Inc. and NightHawk Radiology Services, LLC, on the one hand, and the Company and certain of its affiliates, on the other hand.
