Example Definitions of "Release"
Release. Employee signing and returning to the Company a timely and effective release of claims in the form provided by the Company.
Release. A release and waiver of liability by Executive in favor of the Company and its Affiliates in the Company's customary form, which may be amended to reflect changes in applicable law, provided that such release and waiver shall include an agreement by Executive not to disparage the Company or its Affiliates but shall not include a release and waiver of claims for indemnification or for coverage under officer and director liability policies.

Release. Means any release, spill, emission, leaking, pumping, pouring, dumping, emptying, injection, deposit, disposal, discharge, dispersal, leaching or migration on or into the Environment or into or out of any property.
