Required Holders

Required Holders. As applied to describe the requisite holder or holders of any class of the Securities, means, at any date, the holder or holders of 51% or more in interest of such class of Securities at the time outstanding (excluding all Securities at the time owned by the Company or any Affiliate of the Company)
