Required Holders

Example Definitions of "Required Holders"
Required Holders. Means, at any time, (i) Shareholders holding at least sixty-six and two-thirds percent (66 2/3%) of the Class B-1 Common Shares issued or issuable upon conversion of the Class A Common Shares and (ii) each of the Major Investors (excluding any Major Investor that is a Defaulting Investor).
Required Holders. Shall mean the holders of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the issued and outstanding shares of Registrable Securities.
Required Holders. Means Shareholders holding in the aggregate 50% or more of the outstanding Registrable Securities.
Required Holders. As of any time means the Holders of at least a majority of the Warrants then outstanding.

Required Holders. Means Persons holding at least 66% of the Registrable Securities at the time of the action taken by the Holders
Required Holders. Means, as of any given date, the holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities (as defined in the Purchase Agreement) (excluding any Registrable Securities held by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries) then issuable pursuant to the terms of the Notes then outstanding.
