Restricted Period

Restricted Period. The Restricted Period is the Severance Period resulting from Executive's termination due to Change of Control or termination without Cause.

Restricted Period. The Restricted Period is (a) the Severance Period resulting from Executive's termination due to Change of Control or termination without Cause; or (b) a period of one (1) year after Executive's resignation or termination due to Misconduct or Cause.

Restricted Period. Restricted Period. For purposes of this Agreement, "Restricted Period" means (i) with respect to any termination of Executive's employment outside the Change in Control Period, a period of one (1) year immediately following the date of such termination; and (ii) with respect to any termination of Executive's employment within the Change in Control Period, a period of two (2) years immediately following the date of such termination.
