Restricted Period
Restricted Period. The Restricted Period is the Severance Period resulting from Executive's termination due to Change of Control or termination without Cause.
Restricted Period. The Restricted Period is (a) the Severance Period resulting from Executive's termination due to Change of Control or termination without Cause; or (b) a period of one (1) year after Executive's resignation or termination due to Misconduct or Cause.
