Restricted Shares

Restricted Shares. An Award of Shares that are granted under and subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions described in Section 7

Restricted Shares. The Ordinary Shares held by Pedro Enrique Mac Mullen, María Marta Mac Mullen, and International Property Services Corp.

Restricted Shares. That number of Restricted Shares listed in the Award Letter as "Awards Granted"

Restricted Shares. Means 66.67% of the shares of Purchased Common Stock issued to Stockholder as of the Closing Date pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, rounded to the nearest whole share

Restricted Shares. Means Common Stock, subject to a Period of Restriction or certain other specified restrictions (including, without limitation, a requirement that the Participant remain continuously employed or provide continuous services for a specified period of time), granted under Section 8 or issued pursuant to the early exercise of a Stock Option.

Restricted Shares. Shares issued pursuant to a Stock Award that are subject to a Period of Restriction

Restricted Shares. Means shares of the Corporation's Common Stock which are restricted from being transferred by the Holder thereof unless the transfer is effected in compliance with the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws (including investment suitability standards, which shares shall bear the following restrictive legend (or one substantially similar)):

Restricted Shares. Shall mean shares of Class A Common Stock issued under an Issuer Shelf Registration Statement which if sold by the holder thereof would constitute "restricted securities" as defined under Rule 144 when acquired by a transferee.

Restricted Shares. All shares of Common Stock acquired by Optionee pursuant to the exercise of this Stock Option that have not vested, provided that such Restricted Shares shall become Vested Shares pursuant to the same schedule as if such shares were Option Shares, if the Relationship has not been terminated on or prior to each such date.
