Restricted Shares

Restricted Shares. Shares of Common Stock awarded under the Company's Equity Incentive Plan, subject to time and performance vesting restrictions

Restricted Shares. Founder Shares that are not vested and are subject to the Repurchase Right (as defined in Section 5.1)

Restricted Shares. A Share that is restricted or subject to forfeiture provisions.

Restricted Shares. The Shares awarded pursuant to Section 9 hereof that are subject to restrictions upon their sale, assignment, transfer, pledge or other disposal or encumbrance as determined by the Committee.

Restricted Shares. Shares awarded to a Participant under Section 6 subject to certain vesting conditions and other restrictions.

Restricted Shares. Any Shares granted to employees, directors or other service providers of the Company or its Affiliates that, at the time of determination required under this Agreement, is subject to forfeiture restrictions (which, for the purposes of this Agreement, shall include any contingent obligation of such employee, director or other service provider to forfeit Shares or to transfer Shares at a price below the then prevailing market price of the Shares)

Restricted Shares. Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to an Award under Section 8 or issued pursuant to the early exercise of an Option

Restricted Shares. The number of shares of Restricted Stock included on your Grant Notice

Restricted Shares. Shares granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6(d) that is subject to certain restrictions and to a risk of forfeiture.

Restricted Shares. Or "Restricted Stock" shall have the meaning set forth in the Plan and shall include Shares awarded to a Participant pursuant to Section 6 hereof.
