Second Amendment

Second Amendment. That certain Second Amendment to Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of March 30, 2012, among the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto

Second Amendment. The Second Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of the Second Amendment Effective Date, among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

Second Amendment. The Second Amendment to 5-Year Term Credit Agreement dated as of May 31, 2006 among the Borrower, the MLP, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

Second Amendment. For purposes of this Second Amendment, capitalized terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Lease unless otherwise defined herein. The Lease, as amended by this Second Amendment, is referred to herein as the "Amended Lease."

Second Amendment. Shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

Second Amendment. That certain Second Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of December 5, 2014, among the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto

Second Amendment. That certain Second Amendment to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of May 15, 2018, among the Borrower, the Guarantors party thereto, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

Second Amendment. Means the Second Amendment, dated as of December 16, 2002, to this Agreement among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. and the Lenders parties thereto.

Second Amendment. Means the Second Amendment, dated as of October 31, 2003, to this Agreement among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

Second Amendment. Second Amendment" shall mean that certain Second Amendment to Credit Agreement dated effective as of September 3, 2003, among the Company, the Lenders party thereto, the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Bank, the Co-Syndication Agents and the Documentation Agent.
