Second Amendment

Second Amendment. Means the Second Amendment to Second Amended and Restated Subordinated Credit Agreement dated as of December 19, 2005, among the Borrower, Brigham Exploration, the General Partner, the Lenders and the Agent.

Second Amendment. That certain Second Amendment to Credit Agreement and First Amendment to Security Agreement entered into among Reseller, Administrative Agents, Collateral Agent and the Lenders on the Effective Date.

Second Amendment. This Amendment shall be and become effective as of the date hereof when all of the conditions set forth in this Part IV shall have been satisfied or waived (the "Second Amendment Effective Date"), and thereafter this Amendment shall be known, and may be referred to, as "Second Amendment."

Second Amendment. Means the Second Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of December 11, 2013, among the Borrower, the Guarantors party thereto, the Lender party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

Second Amendment. That certain Second Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of September 10, 2008, among the Parent, the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

Second Amendment. Shall mean that certain Second Amendment dated as of August 31, 2012 by and among Holdings, the Borrower and the Required Lenders. NY\3676799.6

Second Amendment. Means the Second Amendment to Credit Documents, dated November 30, 2007.

Second Amendment. Shall mean the Second Amendment, dated as of June 15, 2005, to this Agreement.

Second Amendment. Shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Preliminary Statements.

Second Amendment. Means that certain Amendment No. 2 dated as of September 29, 2008 among the Borrowers, Parent, Holdco, the Subsidiary Guarantors signatory thereto, the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Lender.
