Example Definitions of "Second Amendment"
Second Amendment. Means the Second Amendment to 5-Year Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of May 15, 2006 among the Borrower, the MLP, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.
Second Amendment. That certain Second Amendment dated as of September 30, 2002 among the Borrower, the Agent and the Lenders pursuant to which this Agreement was amended as provided therein.
Second Amendment. For purposes of this Second Amendment, unless otherwise set forth herein, capitalized terms established in the Supply Agreement and/or First Amendment shall be applied herein as defined therein.
Second Amendment. That certain Amendment No. 2 to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, by and among Borrowers, Lenders, and Administrative Agent, dated as of December 10, 2007

Second Amendment. Means the Second Amendment, dated as of August 25, 2023, among the Borrower, the other Loan Parties party thereto, the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Banks party thereto and the Incremental Lenders (as defined therein).
Second Amendment. Except as otherwise set forth in this Second Amendment, each capitalized term used in this Second Amendment shall have the meaning for such term set forth in the Amended Rights Agreement.
