Example Definitions of "Second Amendment"
Second Amendment. Second Amendment means the Second Amendment to 3-Year Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of December 18, 2007 among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.
Second Amendment. Second Amendment means the Second Amendment to Credit Agreement dated as of September 30, 2009 among the Parent, the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, the Syndication Agent, the Documentation Agent and the Lenders party thereto.
