Second Amendment

Second Amendment. The Second Amendment to this Agreement, dated May 8, 2013.

Second Amendment. The following definition is hereby added where alphabetically appropriate to read as follows: Second Amendment means that certain Second Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of July 23, 2013, among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

Second Amendment. Shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

Second Amendment. That certain Second Amendment to Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of March 31, 2017, among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto

Second Amendment. That certain Second Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of April 11, 2017, among the Borrower, PEI, the Guarantors, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto

Second Amendment. Means the Second Amendment, dated as of December 18, 2015, to this Agreement among the Borrowers, the Lenders and the Administrative Agent.

Second Amendment. That certain Amendment No. 2 to Credit Agreement and Extension agreement dated as of September 3, 2015, by and among the Borrowers, the Subsidiary Guarantors, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent

Second Amendment. That certain Second Amendment to Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of August 31, 2015, among the Loan Parties, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders

Second Amendment. That certain Second Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of December 5, 2014, among the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto

Second Amendment. That certain Limited Consent and Second Amendment to Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of February 6, 2015, among the Borrower, the Guarantors party thereto, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.
