Separation From Service. Shall have the meaning attributed by the provisions of the Treasury Regulations issued under Section 409A, as amended

Separation From Service. The same meaning as such term is defined under Treasury Regulation §1.409A-1(h)

Separation From Service. The termination of services provided by a Participant to his or her Employer, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-1(h).
