Software

Software. Means: (i) the SAP Business One Software in the Version as of the date of this Agreement which Reseller is authorized to distribute in accordance with this Agreement, (ii) any Releases, Versions, or Correction Levels of the Software released during the term of this Agreement, and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

Software. Means the computer program(s) set forth in Exhibit "A" (attached hereto and incorporated herein) operating on the Windows 98, Windows 2000, and Windows XP operating systems and does not include any derivative works or other versions thereof, including, without limitation, any merchandising, television, film, music, sequels, add-ons, level packs.

Software. Means all of the software transferred to BillWise pursuant to the APA (including Connect IXC, Access IM, Connect RTR, IPC, WPM, Marketing Dashboard and Revenue Assurance Suite), and any derivative works, modifications, or improvements thereof produced by or on behalf of Licensee to the extent Licensee retains ownership and has the right to transfer ownership thereof, in each case including all associated source code, object code, documentation, and related Intellectual Property Rights; provided... that "Software," for purposes of this Agreement, shall not include Connect CCB, Communications Resources Manager (CRM), and EBP&P. Software. Software shall mean all SAP R/3 software, in whole or in part, provided to KPMG under the R/3 Program by SAP AG, SAP America, Inc., or any SAP full-time or engagement consultants, in any release, version or correction level and including all improvements, modifications, and extensions thereto, whether in human or machine readable form. 2

Software. Means Object Code, including tools, licensed or provided to IBM by McDATA under this Agreement as identified under Attachment 1.

Software. Means all components of the reverse publishing software, as described in Exhibit A to this Agreement, including but not limited to all source code, object code, micro code, scripts, algorithms, and related code, as applicable, including any enhancements, translations, customizations, modifications, updates, releases, or other changes to the same.

Software. Means QUALCOMM's CSM 6800 Software which in QUALCOMM's sole discretion, may be in either source code and/or object code form, designed for use with QUALCOMM's CSM 6800 ASIC, as more fully described in Exhibit A to this Agreement.

Software. Means the combined Emageon Software and Third Party Software.

Software. Software is the object code version of any computer programs, programming, modules, patches, upgrades, or modifications delivered by Licensor to Lilly pursuant to this Agreement as set forth in Appendix A.

Software. Means the computer programs made available to Licensee and the Affiliates by Licensor under this Master Agreement, including any customizations, enhancements, updates, upgrades, releases, Defect corrections, and other modifications thereto provided to Licensee by Licensor, together with the related Documentation.
