Example Definitions of "Software"
Software. Shall mean the Enterprise Productivity Suite product described on Exhibit I. "Software" shall include all Time Clock Software related to the Software as described on Exhibit I, Enhancements and Upgrades to the Software that Enterprise provides to or is required to provide to Customers, Legacy Clients or Radiant pursuant to Legacy Contracts or this Agreement, as the case may be. "Software" shall not include Tools, Additional Enhancements, VLM, ReMacs or the POS Management Module.
Software. Means the source code and object code versions of the software necessary or intended for use with the Products, including the TechniScan Software, Third Party Software, software resulting from Joint IP and Womens3D Technology, any microcode embedded in the Products and/or any standalone software applications and third Party applications, including without limitation, all updates, versions, patches, fixes, upgrades, workarounds or enhancements thereto, which are delivered concurrently with or... subsequent to the delivery of the Products. Software. Means all the series of instructions and algorithms which operate the miniaturo™ Bio Control Device and physician programmer.
Software. All source and object code now owned or hereafter acquired by any Note Party.
