Example Definitions of "Stock"
Stock. All shares of Common Stock, Convertible Securities, Options and all other securities of the Corporation which may be issued in exchange for or in respect of shares of Common Stock, Convertible Securities or Options (whether by way of stock split, stock dividend, combination of shares, reclassification, recapitalization, reorganization, or any other means)
Stock. The common stock, $0.10 par value, of the Company
Stock. Shall mean the common stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company.
