Stock

Stock. Shall mean all the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of the Subsidiaries or any other subsidiary of the Pledgor (excluding New Com, Inc., Aura Realty, Inc. and MYS Corporation), now or hereafter owned by the Pledgor.

Stock. Shall mean and include 3,000 shares of capital stock of Company, evidenced by Stock Certificate No.

Stock. Includes all the shares of stock described in Annex A attached hereto and any additional, shares of stock at the time pledged with the Collateral Agent hereunder, except for those shares that have been released pursuant to (S)8.

Stock. Recital K

Stock. Means the Common Stock, Series A Preferred Stock, Series B Preferred Stock and Series C Preferred Stock and any other equity securities of the Company issued on or after the Effective Date.

Stock. Shall mean outstanding shares of the Company's Common Stock now owned by the Founders.

Stock. The Class B, $.01 par value per share, stock of the Company.

Stock. Shall mean shares of Common Stock of the Corporation as constituted on the date of this Agreement and such other stock as shall be substituted therefor or issued thereon as provided in Section 5(E) above or as shall be substituted for or issued upon or in exchange for Stock issued pursuant to the options.

Stock. Shall mean BKF's Common Stock and such other securities as may be substituted (or resubstituted) for BKF Common Stock pursuant to Section 10(c) of the BKF 1998 Incentive Compensation Plan.

Stock. Means either BKF Common Stock, and such other securities as may be substituted (or resubstituted) for BKF Common Stock pursuant to Section 10(c) hereof.
