Target Bonus

Example Definitions of "Target Bonus"
Target Bonus. The target award payable under the Plan to a Participant for a particular Performance Period, expressed as a percentage of the Participant's Base Salary or as a fixed amount of cash
Target Bonus. Means the target annual bonus established for the Executive for the calendar year that includes the date on which the Executive's employment with the Company terminates. If the target annual bonus has not been established for the Executive on the date that such employment terminates, the "Target Bonus" shall be the target annual bonus established for the Executive for the preceding calendar year.
Target Bonus. The meaning set forth in your Employment and Non-Competition Agreement, dated September 25, 2017.
