Example Definitions of "Target Bonus"
Target Bonus. The target bonus for a fiscal year as specified for Executive under Allegro's Annual Incentive Plan or any successor annual bonus plan maintained by the Company. In the event that a Target Bonus has not been established for a fiscal year because action has not yet been taken within such fiscal year to approve the annual bonus plan target pool and Target Bonuses, the Target Bonus shall be the same as Executive's Target Bonus for the preceding fiscal year.

Target Bonus. Target Bonus means Employee's target bonus for the applicable fiscal year within the meaning of Section 4 of the Incentive Bonus Plan.
