Target Bonus

Target Bonus. The target bonus for a fiscal year as specified for Executive under Allegro's Annual Incentive Plan or any successor annual bonus plan maintained by the Company. In the event that a Target Bonus has not been established for a fiscal year because action has not yet been taken within such fiscal year to approve the annual bonus plan target pool and Target Bonuses, the Target Bonus shall be the same as Executive's Target Bonus for the preceding fiscal year.

Target Bonus. Target Bonus means Employee's target bonus for the applicable fiscal year within the meaning of Section 4 of the Incentive Bonus Plan.

Target Bonus. A Participant's target payment under the Company's short term cash incentive plan for the year in which the Qualifying Termination occurs

Target Bonus. 1/12th of the Target Award, as in effect on the date of a Change in Control Termination.

Target Bonus. The full amount of target annual short-term incentive bonus that would be payable to the Employee, assuming the target performance criteria on which such annual short-term incentive bonus were deemed to be satisfied, in respect of services for the calendar year in which the date in question occurs.

Target Bonus. Shall mean Executive's annual bonus under the Employment Agreement, assuming one hundred percent (100%) satisfaction of any performance objectives or milestones.

Target Bonus. The target percentage of Executive's Base Salary payable to Executive at the Compensation Committee's discretion provided that Executive satisfies certain performance criteria as determined by the Compensation Committee.

Target Bonus. The performance based cash bonus as determined under the Company's bonus plan for management (and any successor bonus plan covering management). The amount of Executive's annual Target Bonus is determined by the Board or the Compensation Committee of the Board in its discretion following consultation with Executive prior to, or within sixty (60) days after the commencement of, each fiscal year. Target Bonus. Target Bonus. The percentage of the Executive's annual base salary that is established with respect to the applicable year pursuant to the Company's management incentive plan (or any successor incentive plan adopted by the Board) calculated as if the performance of the Executive meets the Executive's Target performance amount with respect to all performance objectives (irrespective of actual performance)
