Target Bonus. 2.17Target Bonus
Target Bonus. Of the greater of (i) the actual bonus amount earned by the Executive under the Company's bonus plan with respect to the calendar year prior to the calendar year in which the Termination Date occurs, (ii) the actual bonus amount earned by the Executive under the Company's bonus plan for the calendar year in which the Termination Date occurs, or (iii) the Executive's target bonus amount under the Company's bonus plan for the calendar year in which the Termination Date occurs.
Target Bonus. Shall mean the amount of Executive's target annual incentive bonus compensation for the fiscal year in which the date of Executive's termination of employment occurs or, for a termination of employment that precedes the date that the target annual incentive bonus amount is set for such fiscal year, the amount of the Executive's target annual incentive bonus compensation for the prior fiscal year.
Target Bonus. The Eligible Participant's target annual cash incentive compensation for the then-current year.
Target Bonus. Means, with respect to any Participant, the Participant's target annual cash performance bonus, if any, for the year in which the Date of Termination occurs. For the avoidance of doubt, with respect to any Participant who is not eligible to receive an annual cash performance bonus as part of his or her annual compensation, such Participant's Target Bonus shall be equal to zero.
Target Bonus. Shall mean Executive's target bonus amount under the Company's Annual Non-Equity Incentive Program.
Target Bonus. The amount of cash incentive the participant would receive for performance at "target" for the year in which the Qualifying Termination occurs, disregarding any reduction that would constitute Good Reason
Target Bonus. The annual bonus that an Executive would have received under the Company's annual cash incentive bonus plan in which the Executive is participating for the fiscal year during which the Date of Termination occurs (or, if higher, for the fiscal year during which applicable Change in Control occurred, as in effect immediately prior to such Change in Control), if the target goals had been achieved.
Target Bonus. The target bonus, determined by multiplying an agreed-upon percentage times Base Salary, for which Executive is eligible under the Annual Bonus Plan at the percentage in effect (or required to be in effect before any diminution that is a basis of the Executive's termination for Good Reason) on the Date of Termination.
Target Bonus. Executive's target annual cash incentive bonus under Parent's annual incentive program, as in effect from time to time.
