Target Bonus

Target Bonus. A bonus for which the Executive is eligible on an annual basis, at a level consistent with his title and responsibilities, under the Company's bonus program then in effect and applicable to the Company's senior executives generally

Target Bonus. Executive's target Incentive Bonus for the applicable fiscal year, if one is used, and if not, the Target Bonus shall be determined based upon the mid-point between the maximum Incentive Bonus and the threshold Incentive Bonus for the applicable fiscal year, with the threshold bonus based upon the first level of performance for which some amount of Incentive Bonus would be payable

Target Bonus. 100% of Executive's Base Salary

Target Bonus. Shall mean the number of Restricted Stock Units to which the Employee shall be entitled upon the achievement of the Target Bonus Target as set forth in the individual Award Certificate issued by the Company to the Employee.
