Termination Date

Termination Date. The date on which a Resignation, Termination or Termination For Cause occurs.

Termination Date. Means the earlier to occur of the date (i) the Merger shall become effective in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Merger Agreement, or (ii) the Merger Agreement terminates in accordance with its terms.

Termination Date. Means the first business day after the end of an Offering Period, or such other date specified in paragraph 15.
