Termination Date

Termination Date. If the Termination Date occurs before a cash incentive award under the Senior Executive Incentive Plan has been paid for work performed in the last completed fiscal year immediately preceding the fiscal year in which the Termination Date occurs, the Company shall, in addition to the payment to be made pursuant to Paragraph 2(a), pay to the Employee the amount of the Employee's cash incentive award under the Senior Executive Incentive Plan for such preceding fiscal year as soon as it is determinable (but no later than two and one-half months after the end of such preceding fiscal year).
