Termination Date

Termination Date. The first date on which a Participant is no longer employed (or in the case of a Participant who was not an employee, the first date on which such Participant is no longer acting as a director or officer of, or consultant or advisor to, the Company or its Subsidiaries) by the Company or its Subsidiaries for any reason

Termination Date. Shall mean the date that is the one-year anniversary of the Signing Date.

Termination Date. 5:00 p.m. on the earlier of (i) November 30, 2019 or (ii) the date on which a Termination Event occurs.

Termination Date. The date of a Participant's severance from employment with the Company by death, retirement, resignation, discharge, or otherwise.

Termination Date. Means the earlier to occur of: (i) the Effective Time, (ii) the termination of the Merger Agreement in accordance with its terms, (iii) an Adverse Recommendation Change by the Pivotal Special Committee and (iv) written notice of termination of this Agreement by VMware to the Stockholder.

Termination Date. The effective date of termination of your employment with your Employer, as determined by your Employer (in its discretion)

Termination Date. The date of termination of a Participant's employment with the Company and or any of its Subsidiaries

Termination Date. The earliest of (i) the Business Day, if any, that Seller or Buyer designates as the Termination Date by written notice given to the other Party at least thirty (30) days before such date, (ii) the date of declaration of the Termination Date pursuant to Section 12(b)(i), and (iii) September 13, 2019

Termination Date. Means the date of the termination of the Executive's employment by reason of an Involuntary Termination, a Constructive Termination or a Change of Control Termination.

Termination Date. Means the effective date of a Termination of Employment for any reason.
