Example Definitions of "Termination Date"
Termination Date. The first date on which a Participant is no longer employed (or in the case of a Participant who was not an employee, the first date on which such Participant is no longer acting as a director or officer of, or consultant or advisor to, the Company or its Subsidiaries) by the Company or its Subsidiaries for any reason
Termination Date. Shall mean the date that is the one-year anniversary of the Signing Date.
Termination Date. 5:00 p.m. on the earlier of (i) November 30, 2019 or (ii) the date on which a Termination Event occurs.
