Termination Date

Termination Date. Means the last date on which the Participant is carried on a Company's payroll as an employee.

Termination Date. The effective date of any termination of the Merger Agreement.

Termination Date. The term "Termination Date" means the earlier to occur of the date of the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the Reorganization Agreement or the date the Reorganization Agreement terminates in accordance with its terms.
